KD 13 % +/ – 3 %

static finger-jointing, tine length 15 mm, 3.8 mm pitch, basic tine clearance 0.2 – 0.4 mm
Gluing; adhesive type I. Approved according to DIN 68140-1: 1998-02
Production and testing in accordance with DIN 68140, DIN EN 385;2001, EN 408.
Standard value > 42 N/mm2, test result available.

 

QUALITY DESCRIPTION UK battens ( substructure)

Generally clean planed surface, occasional unplaned areas possible, edges chamfered.
Defects which do not affect the strength are permissible
wood-typical color differences of the finger joints permissible
Slight sapwood run-out permissible
pith not permissible, thus no or very low proportion of juvenile wood
Slight longitudinal curvature during storage may occur and must be accepted.
